Issue with accessing profile. Error: "We'll be right back" and "Sorry, we can't let you in"

Some users experience issues with accessing their accounts.

I've withdrawn funds at 8:01 am but I still have NOT received the payment has been processed email with the conversion of funds in my currency showig the amount I should receive. Still no receivd my payment which I ALWAYS do

I usually get the email and website notification in just seconds after I withdraw funds. Anyone experience this today?
