Issue with accessing profile. Error: "We'll be right back" and "Sorry, we can't let you in"

Some users experience issues with accessing their accounts.

When I am trying to access get paid page I see a error message - Sorry, we cannot let you in.

I am also facing an issue with the application not being able to open. And it shows sorry we can't let you in. Can you please check it out and resolve it ASAP?
