Hi all, 

There was an issue earlier today where users could not access our Help Center.

Error message: "You don't currently have access to this page"

We're happy to confirm that this has been addressed. If you're still unable to access the Help Center or your tickets, please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with a different browser.

This is what comes up when I click "Help Centre" even though I am logged in and everything else is working fine.

I cannot contact support and receive this message when clicking on Help And Support;

Same here, ugh. I'm trying to contact support because my profile picture is coming out blurry after trying all the troubleshooting I found online, apparently this is a known issue that has not been resolved. It really is an inconvenience.
