Am I allowed to be Freelancer on Upwork?

Hi everyone!
I am trying to set up an account for Upwork. My question is do you need a degree for this? I'm only 16 years old but I already have a fair bit of experience in design. I am currently doing VWO in the Netherlands. I think it's 11th grade but in the Netherlands it's called the 5th class. Am I allowed to become a freelancer and accept work from people? What education level should I choose? Thanks in advance!

Karsten, you don't need a degree but you have to be at least 18 years old so come back in two years and apply.
