Bank Account Vertification

Hello,

 

I'm submitting this here because I cannot find a way to contact Upwork support.  When I recently added my bank account as a way to get paid, I immediately got the message:

 

"Bank verification in progress... and then there's a loop...
 
Please, I need to have a manual name review!

Hi Igor, 

 

I checked your account and it looks like the bank account details you added does not match your Upwork account name. Your bank account name and the name on your Upwork account should match so that you can use it as a payment method. Please use a payment method that has a name that matches your Upwork account's name. Let us know if you need further help. Thanks!
