Can i do 3 diffrent type of work on upword

I want to do 3 different types of work on Upwork   

Web development(from General profile)

social media marketing(specialized profile)

lead generation(specialized profile)

Is it a good idea? do I need web development in a specialized profile+genral profile too?

I believe 2 Specialized profiles are more than enough for your skills. Polish on your niches and go through that.

I am thinking about your answer and I have come to the conclusion that I will never good at all thing if focus on one thing then I will be very good at it.

No, it's not. Widely disparate skills on a profile make the freelancer look unprofessional. This is like throwing spaghetti on a wall hoping somethings sticks. Don't be spaghetti.

For now, I will only focus on SMM and Leadgenration 

OK then in the future I will make the agency hire people and do all these things because any startup needs a website, SEO, SMM, Leadgenration work I just want to help them to make a brand name. I get bored just doing one thing.

one more question can upwork allow me to do 3 work. if upwork allow me then i dont care if some people dont give me work(some time client need people like me that can hanndle all thing like i have client. i am his  handling web and SMM also working on seo) . i just wanna do what make me happy like kid with Spaghetti 😊.
