Cannot reset my password

I have been trying to reset my password.  I've used the "Forgot Password" like 15 times and I get the following message:

 

Upwork could not locate the information needed to recover your password. Please try again.

It appear you do not have any customer support---via chat, email or phone.  So, I've had to creat a new account under my personal email (instead of work) just to be able to post a message on here and pray that someone can help me.

Hi Ali,

 

We usually ask users to send us a Private Message when there is private information we need to know in order to assist them further.
