Chargeback Notification: Payment Reversal

A client bought one of my project few weeks back of " Album Cover Design " worth 100$.  The project completed successfuly, Client was happy with the work and released the funds and ended contract with 5 Star rating. and today I just saw an email about client requested CHARGEBACK and I checked my funds and 100$ gone from there! 

This never happened before, I don't know how client is eligible to have the option. My question to upwork is where is the money I worked on your platform? I need a that back in my funds!

 

This is a big fail from upwork, It's not about 100$ even this is good money in my country but what we get a contract of 100k$ and client do the same?

I'm scared to work on upwork now, it feels like everyone can do this scam and upwork have no solution for it! Also in tickets section it says " solved " but I didn't got my money back and no updates from upwork about it. If payment is been done through upwork and we're paying 20% for that upwork is responsible for this, they should Immediately contact client's bank and ask how this happened and send money back!!!
