Feel very happy to get my first job here fro my provate ID, Now I got it public. 

Can you suggest me ,  how can I get more views in my profile, as it has very poor stats right now ?

You can always share your profile on places like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc, as well as being active by sending out quality proposals.

Work to get the rising talent badge. I noticed my views shot up right after I got it and even more after I got my JSS. Now that I'm top-rated, I average a decent amount of views and get interviews daily.
