How can I know that my profile is approved?

The reason people are having problems here is all because of a flawed UI. Normally when a person fills out an application that last step is to review that application, there's usually a link or button that says "review application." On your site there is a button that says "review application" when it should say "submit application for review" or just "submit application." 

I cycled through this four times before I realized that the UI had a flaw in it.

Thanks anyway because now I am going to add User Interface Design to my skills on Upwork.
