Good afternoon, y'all!,
My client accidentally added an extra zero to his bonus payment. I would like to refund the difference between what he meant to type and what he actually paid. However, the payment is still pending. Will I have to wait until the payment is actually processed or is there another option? I would hate for the client to think that I wasn't going to refund his overpayment, although we have messaged back and forth.
