I can't change my link

I am trying to change my profile link https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~0163448974587d9d01  to my name link, but there is no button or pencil to press and sturt typing a custom link, what I am doing wrong?

I would like to clarify that only freelancers on our Plus plan can customize their profile URL's. To learn more about this, check out this Help Article. Thank you.
