Payment cycle for fixed weekly payment

Very recently I got a contract with fixed weekly payment. I am looking for the payment schedule for this kind of payment. Now when I started looking at the documentation, there were details for the hourly contract (weekly payment schedule) but there was nothing mentioned about the fixed weekly payments. Can someone please enlighten me?

It mentioned that fixed weekly payments does not go to a review period. So, exactly when a client will be charged for weekly fixed payment and when will it start showing up in my reports? These details are not mentioned in the link that you have shared. Evrything else is clear about the hourly contract.

On Monday afternoon UTC, and you see it under "Pending" in your Reports Overview after it was charged, with a date that shows when it will be available (5 days after it was successfully (!!) charged),

Hi Neeraj.

Thank you for your message. Apologies for the confusion in the previous post. I checked this further and as mentioned on the help page here, a weekly payment is an automatic, recurring payment for a specific amount. The weekly billing period begins on Monday at 00:00 midnight UTC and ends on Sunday at 23:59 UTC. Your client will be invoiced for this specific amount on the following Monday at noon UTC after the end of the billing week along with any billable hours. Unlike the hours you bill in your Work Diary, weekly payments do not undergo a review period, and they become available after the standard five-day security period. Your funds will be seen as 'Pending' on your Report page. You can go to your Report page to check the status of your funds.

So, this is past 12UTC but I can NOT see anything in the reports. I have checked everywhere including billing / reports / transactions.

I checked the contracts and the contract has a weekly fixed payment mentioned. Are we sure that is the cycle and that is how it should be visible?

Edit- The amount is reflecting in the report overview. I guess there is a few mins delay in reflecting. that solves the problem. thanks
