Hello Wanda. You'll need to make sure that every component of your profile is complete including linking to your Social Media account(s), inputting info pertaining to your language, and of course, your availability.

No, this is incorrect. You do not need to do every possible thing, only enough of the things to reach 100%. My profile is complete and I've never linked my social media accounts.
