I'm from Brazil and in my currency, dolar is around R$ 3,74 (BRL).

Does UpWork has the same rate conversion?

Example: U$ 20 x 3,74 BRL = 74,80 BRL

Since rates constantly change throughout any given day, the rate you received is the rate offered by our bank at the time your specific transaction was processed. Thank you!
