After receiving a job on Upwork we started work on it.
Additionally, as a good note, we have supported the client on server-related tasks apart from actual work.
He took advantage of it and change the scope of work and when we denied he started threatening us.
He has raised a dispute at last and asking for a refund.
We are still ready to forget the money but don't know what we should do so in this that does not affect our reputed profile.
Can someone point us in the right direction?
