RISING TALENT BADGE : UPWORK TEAM

My profile is complete. I have earned more than 500+ and regularly send proposals. But no Rising Talent Badge. I have seen new entrants with no earnings but have Rising Talent Badges. I have done all that is required as per the criteria for winning Rising Talent Badge. The only thing I feel is that I have completed my profile in segments, not in one go. So my question for the Upwork team is, Shall I get this badge or not?

The Rising Talent badge is automatically assigned to your profile once you meet the criteria listed here. Once you qualify, you will receive a notification, and the badge will be reflected on your profile.
