Rising talent invitation

Hi there !  Today I received a message from upwork saying that I almosted gained the rising talent badge ,  all I had to do was take the upwork readness test ,  and I did take it , and yet I didn't get the rising talent badge ?  does it take some time to appear ?

Yes, mine took overnight to appear.
