Introduction

      Learning has been so much associated with the school that some people are wont to think that leaning goes on only in the school.This view of learning has been greatly reinforceed by such reference to schools as institutions of learning and to University as institute of higher leaning.for one thing,the school is particularly and specifically so arranged as to  facilitate effective learning by eliminating aversive stimuli(annoyers)in the learning situation on the one hand and by increasing satisfying stimuli(satisfers). However on my own published it to psychologist have found that learning as a writer and psychological concept which cuts across human and animal species can occur anywhere that the organism encounters some sort of experience, provided this experience produces are relatively permanent change in the behavior of the organism.
