The real challenges of freelancer in Upwork

Hi, 

I'm from one of the countries in the South East Asia. It seems too hard get advanced with Upwork because of too much service fee and the geographical. First the budget that I earned was deduced 20% to Upwork. Second, I need to pay to Upwork again for 1 USD for withdrawal per time. The review of transections will take days to get buget in Paid. It's transparent that I have to pay 1US$ per transaction because I cannot wait. Third, I need to pay at least 15US$ per time to Payonner. Fourth, I need to pay at least 10 US$ per time to local bank for the transaction. Other setback is I have to buy connects whenever I apply the interested and related jobs and no hope to get hired.  Thanks

Hi. I also use payoneer. Are you sure you need to pay $15 dolar when withdrawing a payment? I'm pretty sure their fee is $2 per withdrawal
