Unable to Add Manual Time?

Hello,

I'm trying to add manual time which the client has approved, however Upwork is telling me that the times I'm entering aren't allowed - even though I was not working on another project during those hours. This is the second time this has happened. Could anyone please help?

You might ne trying to add manual time in the future, which isn't allowed.

The user interface can have two different modes: Universal time and Local time.

You might be trying to log time in an hour were you already worked, or an hour which is the future, because you did not notice which mode (universal/local) the work diary tool was set to.
