What to do if client hires you and then go offline for days?

I recently got hired for a small project, the client told said that he will give details soon and since then he is offline, If there is active milestone with an end date and he does not respond till then, what should be done? Will it effect my JSS?

Hi Nawazish,

We recommend you always have the information you need to start the project before accepting a contract. On a Fixed-Price contract, the due date on the Milestone only serves for you and your client's reference and an open contract will not affect your JSS. If there are any changes to the due date or scope of the project you should discuss this with your client directly so everyone is aware of what's going on.
