coworker view all jobs posted before invite

I was added as a coworker to upwork, and I want access to all past conversations that took place to the account I was added to. Is that possible? 

Also, I want access to any contract that any other coworker makes, not only the ones that I create. Is that possible? Or do I need to be joined seperately for each one?
