Access to coaching

Hi! I have signed up for Freelancer Plus, which advertised access to coaching among other perks. I'm sure i didn't miss the cutoff, however I see this message:

Please let me know what's the best way to deal with the issue.

I don't think there is anything of value to be found there. (Freelancer Plus coaching)
