Can't change country

I signed up for Upwork while I was travelling but didn't finish my profile. My country is set to Serbia but I now live in the US. Every time I try to access the account settings page to edit location it just redirects me to the "create profile" page. How am I meant to change my country before submitting my profile for review?

no it didn't. look at the country bar, I cannot change it.Capture1232.JPG

Hi,

I have exactly the same issue with Fritzshairah.

I live in Vietnam but my country is locked as `United States` at the moment.

Can you please check this problem and let me know?

Could you please try clearing your cookies or using a different browser to see if the issue persists? Please come back here if this doesn't solve your issue.

Hi Fritzshairah, 

I checked your account and can see that the Country field is locked to the Philippines. Could you please confirm if you are still seeing the United States in the Country field?

Hello, when setting up my account I set it to the US however need this to be Australia which I cannot modify.

I can't proceed with the account setup because country can't be changed. It is default to US but I lived in the Philippines. Please help thank you

the 'country' field in the my account is greyed out and I need to change it as i'm not living in Malta anymore but in Sweden. I didn't see a way to reach out to Upwork so I'm trying it this way.

So, I am trying to create my account on Upwork. Creating an account is so buggy.

 

1. I added my education and my work experience in India. It thinks that my current location is also India. Why? I am in Canada. I can't edit the location.

 

2. When I try to change my work experience location, changed it to Canada, now I can't save that. Page won't even scroll.

 

I am stuck. I can't even submit my application for review.
