Connects Error/Bug

I have been inactive on upwork from a long time and yesterday I requested to activate my account which approved immediately. I can see 140 connects in my account but when I try to send a proposal it shows 0 connects and when I navigate to Membership & Connects to purchase some. There is no option to "add more connects". Also, I am unable to create ticket for customer support. Please check out the attachments

I checked your account and can see that you are an exclusive member of your agency. As an exclusive member, you work on Upwork only as part of the agency. If you would like to work on contracts as an individual freelancer while also having the option to work on contracts under the agency, you can update your agency membership status. To update your exclusivity, log into your Upwork Agency account and look under Settings > Members and Permissions.
