Disappointment

Dear Upwork Team,  

        This is my first time utilizing your website for employment opportunities, and the experience has been far from perfect. To begin, verifying my identity took almost a week. Then when I was verified, my country's payment options (Belize) were limited. Your system provided PayPal as a cashout method, but I was later informed that my region is not supported. To add the cherry to the cake. you have an international transfer fee of $30, not adding what other charges may be added once it hits my account. All that I could allow but the wait time to get paid here is a bit ridiculous, and this is coming from a guy that doesn't have a chick or a child to support. I hope your system gets better shortly.  I'd suggest reaching out to Upwork's official support for these administrative issues, and they can provide guidance on payment methods suitable for Belize and discuss any concerns related to fees and payout timelines.
