I want to address this to the Upwork high priority, just a genuine feedback whenever a freelancer applied to a Job, Client needs to respond within 24 hours so a freelancer gets relaxed, Most of the times Client doesn't open interview or view a proposal within a days and days which arise a frustation.
This is my honest feedback not a 24 hour time but max 1 or 2 days client needs to respond to anyone applied to their jobs.

Each client receiving an 100 spam proposals within couple of hours. So you realy think that forcing his to reply every spambot is a good idea? Noone will do that for sure.

That was not my point, I didn't said to answer everyone even bots, My point is clear Client needs to respond within a time period sometimes it gets 5-6 days to respond.
