How i can change my name when i have only first name?

Hello Support,

My name is Chirag. Unfortunately i have entered last name "Thaku". But i have only first name (Chirag) in my all document. So i want to change "Chirag Thaku" to Chirag. But there is last name compulsory. Please help me for that i will provide you all document id proof that you need.

Is that creating any problem when we transfer money in the account? Because all document have only first name.
