I can't accept offer

I ran out of time on 3 offers just because of this error. 

"It seems like we ran into an unexpected problem with this offer. Please ask the client to withdraw it and create a new one, or contact Upwork support."

Hi Nikola

My account has been suspended and my Freelancer cannot accept the contract that I have posted the money into escrow for.

Could you please lodge an immediate support ticket to take the restriction off my account.

I have lost approximately an hour of my time on this issue so I am not happy.

Thank you for reaching out. I checked your account and found no active suspension anymore. Could you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies, and log in again? Kindly ask the freelancer to try to accept the offer on their end too. If the issue persists on their end, please have them contact us so we can further assist.
