I can't get paid

Hello,
On October 29, I did a job and the payment I was supposed to receive is attached. However, although 1 month has passed, it is still not available. I did not get an explanation about this problem. Can you help me how to solve this problem?

Good evening, Mrs 

I am a freelancer who scroll different job offers and applied one on November 20th so I received a job positive answer being a translation english-spanish 66 pags within 7 days having a payment of 2500 usd.

I meet deadline successfully on November 28th. This day I received an approved job done and a congratulations letter.

No particular payment requirements were received by messages initially.

This is my first job done at Upwork this important platform.

I have contacted supervisor Marina and Finance payment manager.

On November 29th Finance Payment Manager intructed to pay a fee of 77 usd in order to received full payment.

I didnt understant why I have to pay this amount of money.

I decided to received this payment at closer friend Plant manager in Colombia. He said he didnt understand this procedure but he agree in order to send this fee so he asked for bank contact information, bank account, SWIFT and ABA.

I wrote this to Finance Payment manager at least tree time but I have received no words, no information. I copied all messages supervisor Marina but no answer back were received not a word.

A upwork freelancer friend told me that this is an unusual situation so he advice me in order to instruct company in order to pay all payment at Upwork platform and make fee discount of 77 usd. Secondly proceed to report this situation so I did it on December 01st at Upwork help support

Thanks a lot for your time and support I read all information so I got clearly all upwork upwok terms of service.

It s my first jone done so I want to get paid fro 7 days, 66 pages of translation english-spanish I have motivated and focused for a great accomplishment I did it successfully.

Did you require I send you project done at pdf file as per files document report case On November 01st

I have not received payment confirmation email so I completed job done meet deadline on November 28th 

I sent a message on December 01st Financial payment manager in order to make deposit on upwork platform being sharing this situation on help support so they told me I was going to contact an agent but It didnt happen

Please guide what s next step
