ID Verification Taking Too Long

Hello,

 

I've submitted my ID for verification a while ago, but it is still showing the "We're reviewing your documents and will get back to you within 1 business day." note. How long does this usually take?

 

Would appreciate your urgent support with this process as we need to hire freelancers.

I have received no assistance or support from your representative, i am trying to verify myself from 11 june 2022 but still no email, reply or anything, i am very disheart by this unprofessional behavior of Upwork or support team, tomorrow is the last day to complete the verification process. I may lose my Upwork account due to unprofessional behavior of Upwork support team as tomorrow is the last day to verify myself i have again submitted my details 2 days ago and it was written there that verification takes 1 business day it's been 2 days and above. kindly help me please .

Hi sir/ madam!

I have applied for I'd verification two days ago but still it hasn't approved. The message is same ''we are reviewing your I'd,it will take few minutes but sometimes it may take one business day.'' I uploaded my I'd card issued by government and do visual verification by selfie. But verification is taking more than usual.

I want to resolve it. How long does it take because the time period they mentioned has already over. Please help sir.

Hello,

I've created an upwork account a long time ago, and i don't remember the password of the account and the email that is linked to it, that's why I created a new one, i believe that account was not verified, i want to delete it, i am not even using it at all and I don't have access to it anymore.

I have submit the requirement such as  ID document verification and  Visual verification

but till now it was never approved , i have a job that need to done and i want to make transaction too

Hey My visual verification is successful but my government id is in review stage. It says it will take 1 day but its been 4 days now and its still in review stages. 

Please solve this issue ASAP
