Is this a scam?

Hello,

I am new to Upwork and trying to find some extra work here.

There is a job post: **Edited for Community Guidelines**

Their profile is from China.

They claim that they need me to find 3 random articles in "business, academic and general" topics.

Then, I need to read and record these articles for 2,5 minutes by using my PC (they emphasized that I should use nothing but my own PC for recording).

It doesn't sound like a legit job to me. And the guy didn't explain anything about what he is going to do with it.

Experienced Upwork freelancers, do you think this is a scam or a legit job post?

Hello ,I'm from China. This job is weird. Do you mean they want you to read loudly and record the whole reading process ?

Yes, they want me to read and record the texts I found online, in Turkish, and send them the audio records and text.
