Proposal Submission

Good day, Team!

I am unable to submit the proposal because if I upload it, faults will occur. I've attached a screen shot that might be of use to me in this scenario.

What happens when you click on "Submit Proposal"? That warning shows whenever you upload certain files, the file is still sent to the client, it "could" just have some potentially harmful elements removed.

I see nothing in that screenshot that would prevent you from sending a proposal...
