Suspicious Interview

I had a text interview via Viber from a company that found me via my Upwork proposal. They interviewer asked me repeatedly for information about where in banked. Specifically, (and asked 4 separate times), "with what banking institution do you bank?"

While this may seem harmless, I cannot fathom why this information would be relevant to ANY job interview.

I have names and phone numbers if Upwork is concerned about this.

You cannot share any contact\private info before contract started. Also Viber conversation without contract is rules violation. Report scammer and block. Never do this again.
