Hi everyone,
In one of the chatroom, client has added 5 members from his agency but when I'm trying to add one member from my agency, it's giving me an error "You’ve added the maximum number of users to this room. Please remove a few users to proceed, or contact us.".
When I click on "contact us" it opens a pop-up where I can write the reason behind it. But when I submit this form, nothing happens. I even checked the "network calls" in "Chrome Devtools" after submitting the form but there is no API being called.
Could you please share how can I add one member from my agency into chat room? It's important for us to have better communication with client.
