Dear Upwork Support,
I am writing to request assistance with updating my email. I recently attempted to create a new account using the email address I want to use, but I realized that I already had an existing account associated with an older email address that I no longer use.
Unfortunately, I am unable to complete the setup process for the new account because my phone number is already linked to the old account. I have closed the new account and would like to use the email address from the new account on my old account, but I am unable to change the email address on the old account as it is currently taken by the closed new account.
I would be grateful if you could provide guidance on how to use my new email on my old Upwork account. Please let me know if any additional information is required.
