Hi everyone, I'm from Portugal, and I am getting charged VAT even though I have a valid VAT number that Upwork has accepted and didn't use to charge, so I end up paying Upwork and paying my government here in Portugal.
1. How can I solve that?
2. Will I get the money back since I inserted the number so that I don't pay twice?
