Account Suspension for Payment Account Issue

Hello!

 

I received notification that my agency account is suspended because there are no valid payment options - but it has had a valid Paypal associated with it for years. I re-added it just in case, but it's still saying suspension. 
I also added a secondary payment method - my bank account.
 
It's still suspended and the help documents do not help.
 
Is there a phone number that I can use to contact someone? This is very frustrating.

Keep folowing up with support team. They have always resolved any issue i have had in the past
