I am trying to buy some connects for my agency.
Now that requires the agency plus membership (it wasn’t the case before) but when I click on the Activate Agency Plus button, it shows an empty panel like in the attached picture.
I already tried using Chrome and Edge. I also tried clearing the cookies of the browser. Nothing worked.
Can someone help?

The problem was that my credit card on record had expired.
As a recommendation (from a software engineer :-)) put a message indicating what the issue was instead of an empty page. That would have saved me from looking for support in the first place.
