I want to create an account for my agency, sometimes ago I serched for this & there was a free plan for it, but right now it says that I should pay 20$ each month for the account, also I can't find info about how many connects it have in the agaency plus plan, is there any like the freelancer plus plan?
Also can someone tell me that for payments withdrawal, can we use an account that is in the name of the agaency owner? I refer to the following statment:

Thank you for your questions. The Agency Basic membership has largely been discontinued and is only available if you wish to take a break from using Upwork. Once you have created an Agency with a Plus membership, the option to downgrade will appear, but you cannot have team members or buy Connects on a Basic membership. The Agency Plus membership does not include any free Connects.
As for the withdrawal method, the agency owner should add his withdrawal account to his Upwork account. Even if he will not be running daily operations on Upwork, this is the best approach.

The withdrawal method in your account is only used for withdrawing funds for non-agency contracts. Agency contracts are paid to the agency and can be withdrawn using the method entered in the agency settings. Agency members are paid directly by the agency, outside of Upwork. You will only receive agency payments through the platform if you own the agency.

If I am the owner of an agency with only two members in it (a colleage of mine and myself, with an agency brand name different than our own names), can I use the same payment information I already use in my freelance account (my personal paypal or payoneer account)?
Yes, that shouldn't be the problem. You can connect a withdrawal method to Agency account that's in the owner's name or is a joint account that has the owner's name on it as a withdrawal method. If any issues arise, Upwork team will notify you directly.
