Agency not getting Top Rated and Top Rated Plus badges

For months my agency didnt get top rated status although I have all the requrements.

I opened three tickets.

This is the last response:

"I confirm that our Technical Support team department is already reviewing your inquiry.  Because of the complexity of the issue, our technical support team is still working on the permanent fix for this. They will soon update you on that Ticket once  this technical issue has been completely fixed."

For months? With no updates? Really? Is it that compex???

Just stick the badges on the profile lol, you are directly hurting my business like this.

And I pay the membership and Upwork fees.
