1, The money goes into your agency account
2. however you see fit. Cash, check, PayPal, cake.... How you pay them is completely between you and them. It has nothing to do with Upwork.

How can I get paid by my agency manager after working on a project hired through the agency without breaking Upwork payment terms and conditions of payment outside Upwork?
Please give a step-by-step means so that I can easily relate it to my agency manager
or Does this --> work "As the business manager you can, create an internal contract/post a job (make it a private listing) on the agency dashboard and invite your freelancer to it. Note that "accepting work from your agency does not require connects" and "Job posted by your agency is not affected by Upwork fees"

Hello Samuel,
The agency owner is fully responsible for the agency's finances, and they can pay their members in any way they agree on. Your payments from the agency manager do not go through Upwork.
