Can I pay freelancers in my agency through upwork?

I'm creating an agency and I wanted to know how can I manage payments in my agency, I want to know If I will be able to give each freelancer in my agency his payments through upwork itself?
I have read the guide for agency payments but from what I understood, I can only receive the money then I'm responsible for sending each freelancer his money in any way possible.
so I was wondering If distributing the payment can be directly done through upwork?

Hi Salma,

Payments for contracts under agency goes to the agency's financial account. Then the agency owner or business manager is responsible for paying their agency members for their work outside of Upwork.

Hi Bojan, I'm curious...

What happens if your agency consists of two people...One as an Owner and one as a Business Manager. How can the Owner and Business Manager come to an agreement about the distribution of payments?

Regardless of the number of agency members, the agency owner can control and divide the earnings as per their agreement with other team members.
