Get advice on agency

Hi

This is my agency with Upwork.

To share a brief background about my agency. It was started in my country, Malaysia years ago. I formed my an LLC in US last year with the goal to transfer all clients and operation this LLC moving forward. In fact, my new company's name is Kwikbook, LLC which is different from the existing name. 

I would like to change the office location to US. I would like to get your advice or implication from Upwork on doing so. Another question, can I keep my old name (Synergia Solution) in my Upwork profile while my earning to transfer to my new company's bank ?
