Getting Error 404 (OS)

I just started using my Upwork account.  I am getting error 404 (OS) when I tried to update the rate per hour when submitting a proposal.  How to resolve this?

Hi Mitchellen,

I checked and it looks like you are an Exclusive Agency Member. Please know that the Agency Owner should be the one able to change your Hourly Rate in the Agency Roster.
