How to add talents to my agency.

Hi everybody. 
How can I add talents to my agency. I want to make offer to them but I don't have their emails or nicknames.
How can I add a freelancer to join my agency if him/her is interested?

You can add them to your talent network or you can put a job post and invite them, than interview them and see if they are a good fit for your agency. That would be the way to go.

You can add talents to your agency by inviting them to join through the 'Invite Talent' feature on your agency's page. You'll just need their email address or Upwork username to send them an invitation.
