How to buy connects to have availability badge on when you are exclusive member of an agency.

When I click on Buy Connects options, it always gives this message.

However the profile is already approved. But it seems like Exclusive Member cant buy connects to keep the Available badge on.

Any procedure to make sure they can also buy connects to keep the availability badge on?

Hi Tejas,

Yes, as an exclusive member of the agency, you can only use your agency membership plan. Exclusive agency members can only work on contracts under their agency. You can try setting your profile as Non Exclusive agency member to purchase additional Connects and activate the Availability badge.
