Hi there,
I just wanted to know if i can refund the money to client as there was some misunderstanding during the work and i don't want any negative feedback for my agency, secondly want to work in future if client agree as we had worked earlier also.

It's simple just go to the Jobs>>All Contracts tab and select the job which you want to refund at the end the three dots appears click theme and select give a refund option.

Hello,
I have the same issue, but my money still in review, when i click Give Refund, there is no way on refund page to enter the amount. Is there a way to Refund a client during Billing Review stage?

Hi Tamer,
Thank you for your message. Since this is for an Hourly contract, you will have time until 12 noon UTC on Monday to review your work diary for the same contract and delete the logged hours to initiate a refund.
