I cannot create new agency profile

I closed my previous agency as I wanted to change the name and some data and create new one. Now i don't see any option to create a new agency. Please help

Please note that a person can only “own” one agency on Upwork. I took the liberty of restoring your Agency profile for you to manage and make your preferred changes.
